Refund and Returns Policy Overview

Our refund and returns policy has a duration of 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

In order to process your return, we require the order number.

There are specific situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as items with obvious signs of use, items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. Should you still encounter problems, reach out to us at {email address}.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at {email address} and send the item to {physical address}.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, mail it to {physical address}. You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For added assurance, especially for more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
